Class Descriptions
Yoga Sculpt
Ready to sweat? This rigorous class offers strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating! Yoga Sculpt strengthens, balances and exhilarates the body and mind. Light weights are used for a full body lift. Plyometrics are part of the practice. This class is a balance of both strength and conditioning as well as a slow flow vinyasa. High intensity class! All levels are welcome, modifications are offered.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.
HEATED POWER FLOW
Power vinyasa flow class that includes flow elements, core work, standing series and a relaxing wind-down ending with savasana. Advanced variations as well as inversion options are offered and welcome. The studio is heated to 80-90 degrees. All levels welcome.
YOGA stretch
This class will lead you through a Vinyasa yoga sequence focused on the opening the hips, quads and hamstrings, while also providing poses to strengthen your core and improve your balance. This class is a great compliment to any endurance program or sport specific training and is also perfect for the city dweller looking to gain more flexibility and mobility in their body. All levels are welcomed to attend.
FLOW AND RESTORE
A mindful, slower paced class to revitalize the mind and body. Aspects of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga will be featured in this class while linking movement to breath. Hands on adjustments will be offered and essential oils used. All levels are welcome to attend.
Power VINYASA FLOW
Let’s flow! This class will guide you through energetic and quick flowing sequences, with a dynamic mix of postures. It will allow you to release stress, while still building strength and gaining flexibility. All levels welcome, as modifications are always offered!
YOGA TONE
Time to tone! This flow based class will have you working up a sweat, while toning and strengthening your muscles through body weight exercises. Connect your mind and body through core work, arms, and legs to build endurance mindfully. You’ll leave feeling that yoga glow of hard work and relaxation!
